先走6圈100m 快100m 慢, 然後12隻200m 快200m 慢,
12隻200m 時間如下:
45, 44, 41, 41, 41, 41, 40, 39, 40, 40, 37, 32
200m 基本要求係8隻, 其實好想只走8隻.
但一諗到自己已經比人跑得少走得慢,
也就只好堅持到底頂硬上.
